Features
What you’ll use every day. No training course, no 80-page manual.
yourbusiness.com with your colours, your typography and your text. Put it in your bio, on your Google listing, or on a poster with a QR code.
There’s no directory or search bar: nobody discovers your competition from your page. Your client list is yours, and you can export it.
You charge the deposit with Stripe and the charge goes straight into your own account. Agenly never touches that money or charges you a commission per appointment.
An automatic notice the day before, at the time you choose. And if your client doesn’t have WhatsApp, her booking confirmation and reminder reach her by SMS instead — no appointment goes without notice.
Each staff member with their own services, schedule and days off. Every booking is assigned to whoever handles it, and nobody overlaps.
It handles WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger: answering enquiries and closing appointments following your rules. On each channel, you choose who replies — the included guided bot, the AI assistant, or you yourself — and you can pause it and take over the conversation whenever you want.
No marketplace
On a booking marketplace, your business is just another listing: you appear next to the competition, you compete on price, and the client comes in through the marketplace’s door, not yours. Agenly is built the other way round.
There’s no search bar, no directory, no “similar businesses near you”. Anyone who visits your address sees your services, your hours and your team — and finds no door leading to the competition.
Your business’s data is isolated from every other account’s. And if you ever decide to leave, you request your export and take it all with you: clients, appointments and conversations, with nothing left out.
The deposit is charged to your own Stripe account, not to an account of ours that settles up with you afterwards. The money is yours from the first euro, and the commission we take per appointment is zero.
You hand out yourbusiness.com, with your name, your colours and your text. When your client comes back, she goes straight there: she doesn’t land on a listing where you’re just one more option. It’s a subdomain of ours, not a domain you own, so if you leave, the address stops being yours — what you keep in full, at any time, is your data: clients, appointments and conversations, exportable whenever you want.
Who it’s for
It’s not for every business. It’s designed for a salon that works by appointment and wants its own booking page, not another listing.
You serve clients, take payments and answer messages all at once. When you close up, you’re still left with half-finished conversations on your phone: the one who wants to change Thursday, the one asking about the price, the one who hasn’t replied.
With Agenly you hand out a single address, yourbusiness.com, and your clients choose their own time while your hands are busy.
Each professional has their own services, schedule and days off. Juggling that by hand ends up with two clients booked at the same time with the same person, and one of them left standing around waiting.
With Agenly, each staff member manages their own schedule and services, and every booking is assigned to whoever handles it. Nobody overlaps.
You hold a slot, nobody shows up, and you can no longer sell that time: you lose it completely. And asking for a deposit by hand, client by client, over WhatsApp, feels like an uphill battle.
With Agenly, you request the deposit at booking. It’s charged to your own Stripe account and the money lands there, with no commission from us per appointment.
Pricing
We’ll publish them soon. If you want to be among the first to see them and get a discount for joining early, leave us your email.
Coming soon
Soon you’ll be able to have the AI voice assistant: you forward calls from your number to the number we’ll give you for the assistant, and it answers, resolves queries and manages appointments when you can’t pick up. No need to change your number and nothing to install.
It will have its own price, separate from the messaging AI assistant.
Responsible use
Your booking page is the product; WhatsApp is the channel we use to notify your client about the appointment she booked herself. For that, we use the official WhatsApp Business Platform API (Meta), with no unofficial automations, under its messaging policies and European data protection law.
We only send messages to people who have started a conversation with your business or who have given explicit consent to receive communications.
Messages relate exclusively to managing appointments, confirmations and reminders requested by the client — they are not unsolicited promotional communications.
Agenly does not allow or facilitate sending spam, unauthorised mass campaigns, or messages to contacts who haven’t given opt-in. We strictly comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
The Agenly assistant always identifies itself as the business’s agent (“Agenly for [business name]”): it never pretends to be a person and, if a client asks, it confirms this plainly. It only takes part in conversations when the business has enabled it for that channel, within conversations the client starts, and the business can pause it and take over the conversation at any time.
Frequently asked questions
No. Agenly has no search engine, no directory and no business listing: the only thing that exists is your page. Anyone who visits your address sees your services, your hours and your team, and finds no door leading to another salon. Your clients aren’t shared with anyone either.
A subdomain of your own within Agenly: yourbusiness.com. You choose the name when you sign up, and it’s the address you hand out in your bio, on your Google listing or on a poster with a QR code. We don’t yet offer custom domains like yourbusiness.com, and we’d rather tell you now.
To your account. You connect your own Stripe account and the charge is made directly to it: it doesn’t pass through an account of ours that settles up with you afterwards. Agenly doesn’t take a commission per appointment — zero. Stripe does charge its own fee for processing the payment (around 1.5% + €0.25 with European cards), and that’s Stripe’s, not ours.
To receive bookings, no: your page works on its own and your clients book from their browser. Automatic notices go out over WhatsApp, so to send them you need your WhatsApp Business connected. And what if it’s your client who doesn’t have WhatsApp? Then the confirmation of her web booking and her reminder reach her by SMS — no appointment goes without a notice.
It stays out of it. Agenly only sends messages from the WhatsApp Business number you connect: it doesn’t touch your personal WhatsApp, doesn’t read it and doesn’t send anything from it. If the number you already use for the business works for you, you don’t need to change it.
Yes, and all of them. From Settings › Privacy and data you request your export and download a ZIP with your clients, your appointments and your conversations — all of them, with no trimming and no samples. It’s your portability right under the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and here it’s exercised with a button. There’s no lock-in either: the day you decide to leave, you leave, with no penalty and no retention call.
No. Neither yours nor your clients’ data is used to train general models. It stays within your account, isolated from any other business’s data, and on servers within the European Union.
Yes, if you want it to. Every plan includes a guided bot that handles WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger and closes bookings step by step; if you’d rather have a natural conversation, the AI assistant is available as an extra. In both cases it always introduces itself as “Agenly for [your business name]” — it never pretends to be a person — and you can stop it and take over the conversation whenever you want.
Yes. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are configured separately: for each channel you choose whether the guided bot, the AI assistant or no one replies. You can, for example, have the AI on WhatsApp and the bot on Instagram — or turn it all off and reply yourself, as always.
No. Agenly only writes in two situations: notices about an appointment your client has booked herself — confirmation, reminder and changes — and the assistant’s replies within a conversation your client has started. No campaigns, no promotions, no bought lists. We strictly comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy — zero unauthorised mass campaigns, zero unsolicited messages.
Yes. Messages go out through WhatsApp Business Platform — Meta’s official API for businesses — and never through unofficial automations or solutions that breach WhatsApp’s terms of use.
Yes. The client must have started the conversation with your WhatsApp Business or given explicit opt-in to receive communications — for example, by booking herself on your page and leaving her phone number for that appointment. The messages she receives are about that appointment of hers. Agenly never reaches out first to someone who hasn’t written to you before or booked with you.
