Agenly is currently in its pre-launch phase. These terms govern only your use of the informational website at agenly.io (including subscribing to the waiting list). The terms for the commercial product will be published before it opens to customers.
Operator
Agenly is a product operated by Manuel Ortega Galiano (a self-employed professional with a Spanish NIF, tax address in Baza, Granada, Spain), under the trade name Xyvenza.
Permitted use
You may browse this website freely, read the product information and subscribe to the waiting list by leaving your email. Automated scraping, copying content without attribution, or using the website to distribute unlawful content are not permitted.
No commercial commitment
Subscribing to the waiting list does not create any obligation to purchase or reserve a price. When Agenly becomes available, we will notify you by email with the updated commercial terms.
Intellectual property
The text, illustrations and design of this website are the work of Manuel Ortega Galiano, who reserves the exploitation rights granted by intellectual property law over them. Agenly and Xyvenza are the names and logos used in trade as distinguishing signs of Manuel Ortega Galiano. The third-party trademarks mentioned (WhatsApp, Meta, Stripe, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals under applicable law, except where consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
