This page describes how Agenly uses cookies and similar technologies on the agenly.io website. The list of specific services is updated every time we add or remove a provider.

Consent banner

When you enter the site, a cookie banner is shown that lets you accept all, decline all or configure your preference by category. Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing) are only activated after your explicit consent. Your choice is stored in a technical cookie for 180 days. In addition, every decision is recorded on our servers, because the RGPD (art. 7.1) requires us to be able to demonstrate that we asked for and obtained your consent: we store what you accepted and what you declined, which version of the banner you saw and where you responded from. We do not store your IP address or your browser. The record is linked to a random number generated by your own browser, which is not derived from you or your device and does not identify anyone.

Categories we use

We group cookies into the following categories. Technical cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE (Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act), as they are strictly necessary to provide the service you request; the rest are opt-in and are not loaded until you accept them.

Technical (always active) — Necessary for the basic operation of the site. These include the consent preference cookie (agenly-consent), the random identifier that accompanies the record of your decision (agenly-consent-id) and, once the app is available, the authentication session.
Analytics (opt-in) — Pseudonymised and aggregated metrics about how the site is used. If you accept them, Google Analytics 4 is activated, which assigns your browser its own client identifier (_ga). That identifier is pseudonymised personal data, not anonymous data.
Marketing (opt-in) — Cookies from advertising platforms used to measure the performance of campaigns on social media. If you accept them, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag are activated.

Purpose: A random number generated by your own browser. It accompanies the record of your decision so that, if you change your mind, the new one replaces the previous one instead of looking like someone else’s. It is not derived from you or your device, does not identify anyone and is not shared with third parties.

Transfer: None outside the EU (only to Agenly’s servers).

Google Analytics 4

Google Ireland Ltd. (sub-processor: Google LLC, US) · Analytics

Cookies: _ga, _ga_'<container_id>'
Purpose: Pseudonymised and aggregated statistics about the use of the site. The client identifier stored by the _ga cookie is pseudonymised personal data, not anonymous data. GA4 automatically truncates the IP address before storing it: there is no setting to turn on or off.
Retention: _ga and _ga_'<id>': 2 years.
Transfer: Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: the transfer relies on the adequacy decision and, as a backup safeguard, on the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Meta Pixel

Transfer: Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: the transfer relies on the adequacy decision and, as a backup safeguard, on the Standard Contractual Clauses.

TikTok Pixel

TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland) and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited (United Kingdom), joint controllers · Marketing

Cookies: _ttp, tt_appInfo, tt_sessionId
Purpose: Measurement of campaigns on TikTok. Attribution of conversions.
Retention: _ttp: 13 months. Session cookies: until the browser is closed.
Transfer: The transmission to the British entity relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the United Kingdom, renewed in December 2025 and valid until 27 December 2031. Transfers to other group entities established outside the EEA rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (art. 46 RGPD).

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Purpose: Measurement of B2B campaigns on LinkedIn. Aggregated demographic audience data.
Retention: bcookie and bscookie: 1 year. lidc: 24 hours. li_*: up to 6 months depending on subtype.

How to withdraw or change your consent

At any time you can change your preferences with the “Configure cookies” button in the footer, and there accept, decline or adjust each category separately. When you revoke one, we immediately stop loading the associated services and delete at that same moment the cookies this site has installed; if a service was already loaded on the page you have open, it stops being loaded once you reload it. What we cannot delete on your behalf are the cookies a third party has stored on its own domain: that is beyond our technical reach. To remove them, use your browser’s settings or the opt-out mechanism for each platform, linked in its service entry.

Control from your browser

Regardless of the banner, you can manage and delete the cookies stored by your browser at any time from its settings. You will find official guides on the support sites of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Changes to this policy

Every time we add, remove or modify a service that uses cookies (for example, when adding a new marketing tool), we update this page with the date of the change in the header. If the changes are material, the banner will ask for your consent again.
